Community Action Network (C.A.N.), Incorporated, a federally recognized 501(c) 3 non-profit organization,
is a group of concerned individuals, who hope to assist and help direct others towards acquiring higher
education and/or specialized skills, through a series of diverse community intervention programs.
We strive to empower the socio-economic development of disadvantaged communities through education,
healthcare, physical fitness, and cultural arts. The aim is to encourage our community toward self
responsibility; in order that they can participate with mainstream society in pursuit of the American Dream.
Our goals are to serve as a conduit, bridging professionals and disadvantaged communities (not just individuals)
on a common plane. We will achieve this goal through programs like:
