Ron Cowan, Chief Operating Officer, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Economics from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical
University and a Masters of Science Degree in Exceptional Student Education from Nova Southeastern University. In addition, he served
as Lecturer at Seminole Community College, a Marketing Manager for Service Master, and has also served as a Residential Case Manager at
the Covenant House.

Doctor Sadat Smith, Chief Financial Officer, earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Science From Florida State University,
his Biomechanics of Sport Injury Management and Sports Chiropractic Certifications and his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Life University,
and became Board Certified with his Diplomat Program in Chiropractic Neurology from the New York Chiropractic College. In addition,
he holds active memberships in the American Academy of Spine Physicians, the International Association of Chiropractic Neurology
and the Florida Chiropractic Association. His is also the owner of World Health Wellness, which specializes in Chiropractic, Medical, PT, MT,
Rehab, Drug & Alcohol Testing, and Decompression.

Monique Lowery, Chief Operating Officer, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree Social Work from Florida State University,
an Accredited Claims Adjuster Degree from the University of Central Florida, and an All Lines Adjusters License from the State of Florida.
Previous employment includes the position of Student Advisor for the Full Sail Real World Education Institute,
an Intensive Case Manager for the Good Shepherd Services of Orlando, and Family Service Counselor for the Florida Department of Children and Families.
Ms. Lowery has specialized skills in providing academic support to students in Recording Arts, Digital Media, Film and Video,
Game Design, and Computer Animation A. S. Programs. In addition, she many years of experience at providing specialized services for dependent
children and families and is well versed at the intricate protocols involved in government assistant program (i.e., TANF, Food Stamps, etc.)
